Ingredients

  • listcheckCottage Cheese (grated) - 100gms
  • listcheckBroccoli (grated) - 100gms
  • listcheckButter/Ghee - 10gms
  • listcheckOrigano+Chilli flakes+ Pepper+ Salt+ Ginger-garlic paste
  • listcheckIsabghol
  • listcheckChaat masala/Lemon (optional)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Blanche the broccoli & squeeze out all extra water
  • Step-2
    Mix all the ingredients (except ghee & Isabghol) into a soft dough
  • Step-3
    Divide into 6 portions & give a desired shape to the patty
  • Step-4
    Roll it over Isabghol
  • Step-5
    Shallow fry on pan using fats
  • Step-6
    In case you like sprinkle Chaat masala or lemon
