How to make & Cottage Cheese & Broccoli Patty

Step-1

Blanche the broccoli & squeeze out all extra water

Step-2

Mix all the ingredients (except ghee & Isabghol) into a soft dough

Step-3

Divide into 6 portions & give a desired shape to the patty

Step-4

Roll it over Isabghol

Step-5

Shallow fry on pan using fats

Step-6

In case you like sprinkle Chaat masala or lemon
