How to make & Moong Daal Uttapam

Step-1

Soak daal and rice for 3-4 hours

Step-2

Remove water and add small piece of ginger and green chilly and grind it into paste

Step-3

Add some salt and add water if required for uttapam batter consistency

Step-4

Apply little ghee on non stick pan, put the batter and add chopped onion on top

Step-5

Roast properly on both sides
