Ingredients

  • listcheckRice 50gm
  • listcheckMoong Daal 40gm
  • listcheckGhee 10gm
  • listcheckOnion 1pc
  • listcheckGreen chilli & Ginger
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Soak daal and rice for 3-4 hours
  • Step-2
    Remove water and add small piece of ginger and green chilly and grind it into paste
  • Step-3
    Add some salt and add water if required for uttapam batter consistency
  • Step-4
    Apply little ghee on non stick pan, put the batter and add chopped onion on top
  • Step-5
    Roast properly on both sides
