Step-1Dry roast moong daal(50g) and then grind it!for soya chunks(30g), first grind them and then dry roast! kindly ensure it doesn't burn! make a paste out of pitted dates(40g), can add water if needed! grind the dry roasted dryfruits(20g) with cardamom seeds as well. Mix all the above ingredients and add around 12g of ghee. That's all, just make laddoos out of the mixture! i was able to make around 9 small laddoos out of it!
P.S: cardamom seeds go a long way in masking the very strong and quite repelling raw soya flavour completely, so do not skip!😊
