Ingredients

  • listcheckMilk 400 ml
  • listcheckOats 80gms (dry roast for 2 mins on a pan)
  • listcheckChia seeds 10 gms
  • listcheckAlmonds 5 gms
  • listcheckSugarfree to taste
  • listcheckCardamom powder
  • listcheckSaffron (optional - soaked in 1 tsb water)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Boil the milk 4-5 times -Add roasted oats & cook for 10 mins on medium flame. -Add cardamom powder, almonds, saffron & cook for another 2 minutes -Take off the flame -Add sugar free & soaked chia seeds and mix it all well -Chill it for about 5-6 hours before serving.
