How to make & Kolambi dudhi bhat( prawns& lauki rice )

Step-1

Wash & drain rice

Step-2

In a pressure pan brush ghee & add whole spices , add rice & stir for 2-3 mins Remove & keep aside

Step-3

Now heat remaining ghee ,add onion , stir till it is golden & transparent

Step-4

add turmeric ,ginger garlic paste ,finely chopped lauki , salt, stir , now add prawns , keep stirring for 2-3 mins

Step-5

Add double amount of water (rice : water 1:2) When the water boils add rice & pressure cook

Step-6

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves ,& a pinch of shredded coconut Enjoy!!!!!!
