Soya veggies Thalipith Thalipith is a traditional dish in Maharashtra It is typically made using roasted grains & dals flour called as Bhajni I have tweaked it using soya chunks powder,veggies,& spices It’s very tasty & crunchy,special for rainy days

Ingredients

  • listcheckSoya chunks ( grind) - 40g
  • listcheckCabbage- 100 g
  • listcheckMethi or any green veggies
  • listcheckGinger garlic paste
  • listcheckDhania jeera powder
  • listcheckAjwain
  • listcheckEgg whites 2(optional, can use isabgol or flaxseed powder for binding)
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckFinely chopped chilli & corriander
  • listcheckGhee/ butter-1 tsp
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Grind soya chunks
  • Step-2
    Add chopped veggies, ginger garlic paste,dhania jeera powder,salt, ajwain,chopped chilli,coriander
  • Step-3
    Knead & roll using two butter paper sheets or directly spread on nonstick pan Make some holes to add ghee drops
  • Step-4
    Roast first side keeping covered, turn & roast other side without lid Enjoy
