How to make & Soya Rice

Step-1

Soak soya chunks in boiling water for couple of minutes and after that wash them with cold water. squeeze out the excess water from it. Grease the pan with ghee/ oil and sauté finely chopped onion and tomato for a while. Add all the species to it and cook them together for few more seconds. Add soya chunks and cook them for a minute or two. Add cooked rice to it and cook everything together for 3-5 min on low/medium heat.
