Step-1Wash palak. Boil Water. Put Palak in Boiling Water for 10 min. Cut Paneer into dices.
Step-2Strain it and allow it to cool. After cooling grind it to paste. keep it aside. In the mixer add tomato, ginger and green chilli. grind it to paste. keep aside.
Step-3In a pan, add oil. upon heating, add jeera and hing..then add tomato paste..add the masala..and cook for 10 min...if required add a little water... now add palak paste and cook for another 15 min..keep stirring in intervals.
Step-4Add salt as per taste. mix and cook for 2-3 min..add Paneer... cook for 5 min..
