I cooked my 50 gm rice in a microwave boiled rice with salt and bay leaf.
Step-2When cooked add cilantro and half teaspoon lemon juice mix well.
When well cooked add crushed garlic, oregano, salt, red chili powder and cumin powder let it simmer for 15 min covered.
Step-4For veggie topping.
Add 5 gm butter/ghee. Add onion and all the bell peppers and stir fry them for about 5-7 min until tenderly crisp. Add oregano, salt , black pepper, chili flakes.
Add cilantro lemon rice. Add cooked kidney beans.Add stir veggies.
You can add a topping of yogurt if it's a part of your meal, or you can serve it with avocado or guacamole.
Step-6Enjoy the delicacy.
