How to make & Easy Banana Egg Pancake

Step-1

In a bowl mash banana, add the eggs and beat until well incorporated.

Step-2

Heat a tawa, brush with ghee and add the whole mixture.

Step-3

Cover and cook on low flameuntil the pancake is browned at the base.

Step-4

Carefully flip the pancake, cook for additional 10 seconds and remove.
