Paneer Egg Omlette
Ingredients: Eggs: 2 Paneer: 50g Onion: 30g Fresh Coriander Leaves: 10g Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt as per taste.. Steps: 1) In a mixing bowl, break the eggs and add chopped onion, grated paneer, chopped coriander leaves and all the spices mentioned above. 2) Mix well. 3) Heat the pan and add ghee. 4) spread the egg mixture evenly. 5) Cover and cook on medium to low flame until the omlette turns golden brown. 6) Flip and cook the other side too and serve hot.
