How to make & Paneer & Plaintain

Step-1

In oil bit of cumin seeds, add turmeric, salt,redpepper powder & bit of garlic paste, add Plaintain let it fry for a min , bit soft then add paneer and chopped spinach and let it cook for 10 min. Add garam masala on top. Serve it with rice or roti.

Step-2

While measuring spinach and plaintain 100gms, I included onion ( 2-3 strands) , tomato(1cherry tomato) and green chilli(1)
