Yes. Due to my long working hours, i came home tired. I knew what all is left in my macros but was really tired to cook for long. So i gathered everything and cooked them together. Never expected it could be so delicious.

Ingredients

  • listcheckPaneer
  • listcheckSpinach
  • listcheckBrocolli
  • listcheckEgg white
  • listcheckOnion
  • listcheckLettuce
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckBlack pepper powder
  • listcheckTurmeric powder
  • listcheckChat masala
  • listcheckButter
  • Method

  • Step-1
    1. Boil lettuce, brocolli and spinach together in open pan with adding salt in water
  • Step-2
    Put butter 10gms and saute onion for 2mins in it
  • Step-3
    Add salt to sauteed onion
  • Step-4
    Break two eggs and separate the egg yolk with egg white.
  • Step-5
    Sieve the boiled spinach, brocolli and lettuce. Add them to sauteed onions
  • Step-6
    Add egg white to the sauteed batter
  • Step-7
    Continuously mix the ingredients to get into the texture as displayed in image and your protein bowl is ready to eat!!!
