How to make & Protein Pancakes
Roast Oats & Then Grind it.
Add Grinded oats to Curd,Milk & Whey
Add butter to pan & then add the mixture to it.
Add Cheese or Any Fruits or Honey to it. I didn't add as it didn't fit in my macros.
Healthy Pancakes are ready, Have it hot, Best for Breakfast 😊
