Ingredients

  • listcheckWhey Chocolate 1scoop
  • listcheckOats Roasted 30g
  • listcheckCurd 50g
  • listcheckMilk 60ml
  • listcheckButter 10g
  • listcheckCheese cube 1 Amul (Optional)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Roast Oats & Then Grind it.
  • Step-2
    Add Grinded oats to Curd,Milk & Whey
  • Step-3
    Add butter to pan & then add the mixture to it.
  • Step-4
    Add Cheese or Any Fruits or Honey to it. I didn't add as it didn't fit in my macros.
  • Step-5
    Healthy Pancakes are ready, Have it hot, Best for Breakfast 😊
