Ingredients

  • listcheckCheese slice - 1
  • listcheckPaneer - 80 gms
  • listcheckSweet corn - 50 gms
  • listcheckButter - 10 gms
  • listcheckOnion - 50 gms (Finely chopped)
  • listcheckSalt - As per taste
  • listcheckTurmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • listcheckRed chilli powder - As per taste
  • listcheckSabji Masala
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Sauté the onion in butter
  • Step-2
    Once the onion is pink, add the corn and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame
  • Step-3
    Add all the spices and grated paneer, mix well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Step-4
    Cut the cheese slice into small pieces and add to the dish. Let it cook till the cheese melts!
