Ingredients

  • listcheckChicken Breast - 150 gms Tikka- cut pieces
  • listcheckCurd - 100 gms
  • listcheckButter - 15 gms
  • listcheckLemon - 1
  • listcheckSalt - As per taste
  • listcheckRed chilli powder - As per taste
  • listcheckRoasted jeera powder - 1 tsp
  • listcheckDhaniya powder - 1 tsp
  • listcheckTurmeric - 1/3 tsp
  • listcheckEverest Tandoori Chicken Masala - 1 tsp
  • listcheckShaan Meat Masala - 1 tsp
  • listcheckGinger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Take the curd in a bowl and mix well so that there are no lumps
  • Step-2
    Add all the spices, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and melted butter to the curd and mix well
  • Step-3
    Add the chicken to the curd batter, mix well so that the chicken pieces are evenly covered in the marinade
  • Step-4
    Cover the bowl with a foil/food wrap and let it marinate in the fridge for minimum 30 minutes
  • Step-5
    Pre-heat the air fryer at 200 for 5 minutes
  • Step-6
    Put the chicken pieces onto wooden skewers and cook in the air fryer at 180 for 10 minutes
  • Step-7
    Flip/rotate the skewers and cook for another 8-10 minutes until done. Lower the temperature to 160 if needed.

    SERVE!

    TIP: If not using skewers, keep flipping the chicken pieces every 3-4 minutes to prevent it from sticking to the air fryer base and burning
