Step-1Take the curd in a bowl and mix well so that there are no lumps
Step-2Add all the spices, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and melted butter to the curd and mix well
Step-3Add the chicken to the curd batter, mix well so that the chicken pieces are evenly covered in the marinade
Step-4Cover the bowl with a foil/food wrap and let it marinate in the fridge for minimum 30 minutes
Step-5Pre-heat the air fryer at 200 for 5 minutes
Step-6Put the chicken pieces onto wooden skewers and cook in the air fryer at 180 for 10 minutes
Step-7Flip/rotate the skewers and cook for another 8-10 minutes until done. Lower the temperature to 160 if needed.
Step-9TIP: If not using skewers, keep flipping the chicken pieces every 3-4 minutes to prevent it from sticking to the air fryer base and burning
