Ingredients

  • listcheckPaneer - 200 gm
  • listcheckCapsicum / Pepper - 100 gm
  • listcheckOnion - 40 gm
  • listcheckTomato - 40 gm
  • listcheckCurd - 100 gm
  • listcheckOil - 10 gm
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckPeri Peri Powder
  • listcheckGarlic-Ginger Paste
  • listcheckAjma
  • listcheckChat Masala
  • listcheckAamchur Powder
  • listcheckBlack Pepper Powder
  • Method

  • Step-1
    1. Chop all Vegerables and Paneer and keep it aside. Keep it big pieces. 2. Add curd in a bowl and add all ingredients and prepare a curd based paste to marinate all Vegetables and Paneer. Keep it for 15 min. 3. Add all the vegetables and Panner one by one in a Steel Stick and heat it at 250 degrees or cook on gas stove slowly. it will take 10-15 min. 4. To increase nutritional value, youbcan add soya Chunks too.
