Made with paneer , defatted soya flour and spinach

Ingredients

  • listcheckPaneer 100 gm
  • listcheckdefatted soya flour 10 gm
  • listcheckspinach 30 gm onion 50 gm, tomato 50 gm, garlic flake 1
  • listcheckcurd 5 gm
  • listcheckspices pepper turmeric coriander red chilli powder garam masala shahi paneer masala kasoori methi and salt
  • listcheckghee 5 gm
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Grate paneer , add defatted soya flour and finely chopped spinach. Mix it with salt and pepper as per your taste. Knead it in to small lemon sized koftas. Saute these koftas in appam pan with few drops of ghee till golden brown. In a wok add ghee and spices and garlic paste. Saute for few mins, add the paste of boiled tomato and onion. Saute it for few minutes. Add water to make a thick consistency. Let it simmer for few minutes. Add koftas in the gravy , garnish with grated paneer and enjoy with steamed rice in your macros
