50 gms rice 30 gms soya 85 gms paneer 100 gms cabbage 10 ml ghee 100 gms boiled potato salt as per taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 1 tsp chaat masala powder little water soak rice & crushed soya in water for 10 mins. pressure cook with salt & water for 2 whistles. take a bowl. add crumbled paneer, finely chopped cabbage, cooked rice & soya, boiled potato, spices & salt. make medium balls & press flat in between palms. preheat air fryer at 180 degrees for 2 mins. coat cutlets with ghee & air fry for 8-10 mins till crispy brown.
