I cooked my 50 gm rice in microwave boiled rice with salt and bay leaf.
When cooked add cilantro n half teaspoon lemon juice mix well.
Boil Rajma when well cooked add crushed garlic , oregano, salt , red chili powder and cumin powder let it simmer for 15 min covered.
Step-3For veggie topping
Add 5 gm butter/ghee
Add onion And all the bell peppers n stir fry them for about 5-7 min until tenderly crisp.
Add oregano, salt, black pepper , chili flakes.
Add cilantro lemon rice
Add cooked kidney beans
Add stir veggies
You can add a topping of yogurt if it’s a part of your meal,or u can serve it with avacado or guacamole .
