I love mushrooms but eating it on a regular basis was boring so made a little tweak and added some cheese to it and turned out to be great.

Ingredients

  • listcheckButter unsalted 15g
  • listcheckButton mushroom 200gm
  • listcheckAmul cheese cubes 2 grated
  • listchecksalt, pepper and oregano
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Take a small pressure cooker(I used 2litre)
  • Step-2
    Add butter
  • Step-3
    Add 200grams quartered mushroom
  • Step-4
    Add pepper and oregano
  • Step-5
    Cook it for 3 whistles
  • Step-6
    Release the pressure immediately and add salt and cheese
  • Step-7
    Let it the cheese sit in the heat for 2 mins
  • Step-8
    Yummy dish is now ready
