  • listcheckCurd - 100 gm
  • listcheckOnion - 50 gm ( chopped )
  • listcheckTomato - 50 gm ( chopped )
  • listcheckGreen chillies - 2 ( chopped )
  • listcheckCumin powder - 1/4 tbsp
  • listcheckFennel powder - 1/4 tbsp
  • listcheckSalt - as per taste
  • listcheckRed chilli powder - as per taste
  • listcheckAsafoetida
  • listcheckCrushed Black pepper
  • listcheckChopped coriander

  • Step-1
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Step-2
    Heat a non stick pan or tawa and spread some mixture on it.
  • Step-3
    cook both sides one by one. use oil if needed.
