Step-1Soak dal for 2-3 hrs.. then grind with ginger garlic green chillies.
Step-2In dal batter add salt spices of ur choice and kasoori methi.. make batter like dosa consistency..
Step-3Brush Appam pan with oil.. it reqd only one drop..
Step-4Make appan.. cook both side..
Step-5Put appam in curd.. and put all the spices ... roasted cunin powder, red chilli powder, black salt.
