Ingredients

  • listcheck40 gm Oats ( grind it as a flour)
  • listcheck25 gm defatted soya flour
  • listcheck2 gm ghee
  • listchecksalt
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Mix oats flour, soya flour salt with enough water.. as a dosa batter consistency..
  • Step-2
    In a non stick pan add ghee.. pour batter.. cook flip it cook both side.. tadaa ready to serve with green chutney..
