How to make & Vegetable Omlette

Step-1

Whisk the eggs in a bowl, Add salt and pepper as you like.

Butter the pan and sautee the greens.

Pour the egg mix and let it cook

Gently place the greens on the egg and fold the egg. Let it cook

Step-5

Take the folded egg and put Ketchup. You can eliminate the ketchup as it is not mandatory.
