How to make & Paneer bhurji

Step-1

Grate paneer.. Chop capsicum and onion.. Put ghee in a non stick pan.. Fry onions till pink.. Add capsicum.. Sauté for 2 min.. Add tomato.. Salt chilli turmeric... When tomatoes gets soft add grated paneer.. Mix well...for 2 min on low flame.. Garnish with coriander
