Ingredients

  • listcheck3 eggs
  • listcheckGhee 3 gms
  • listcheck40 gms tomato
  • listcheck40 gms onion
  • listcheck10 gm green chilli
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Put eggs in a bowl
  • Step-2
    Add onion, tomato, green chilli, salt and pepper. And, Beat properly.
  • Step-3
    Heat appam pan on slow flame.
  • Step-4
    Grease it with little oil.
  • Step-5
    Pour egg mixture in appam pan.
  • Step-6
    After one minute flip off the egg appe with help of a knife.
  • Step-7
    Again grease the top & flip off.
  • Step-8
    Cook until it done.
  • Step-9
    With in 2-3 minutes it ready.
  • Step-10
    Serve hot with ketchup.
