How to make & EGG APPAM

Step-1

Put eggs in a bowl

Step-2

Add onion, tomato, green chilli, salt and pepper. And, Beat properly.

Step-3

Heat appam pan on slow flame.

Step-4

Grease it with little oil.

Step-5

Pour egg mixture in appam pan.

Step-6

After one minute flip off the egg appe with help of a knife.

Step-7

Again grease the top & flip off.

Step-8

Cook until it done.

Step-9

With in 2-3 minutes it ready.

Step-10

Serve hot with ketchup.
