Guilt free jalebi

Ingredients

  • listcheck20gm soya flour
  • listcheck20gm curd
  • listcheck15gm ghee
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Take soya flour and add curd to it. Cover it and Keep it aside for few hours(5-6hrs)
  • Step-2
    Make sugar syrup with sugar free adding little water. It won’t be too much thick but it will be sweet enough
  • Step-3
    Use any bag and fill it with soya and curd batter . Take ghee in a very small pan and heat it. Now make jalebi in ghee( not very hot otherwise it will burn) and thn dip it in sugar syrup and eat it hot 😋
