This is my 500 calorie brunch on a Saturday. The only day that I like to sleep till late and wake up to relish a big hearty meal.

Ingredients

  • listcheckWhey Protein: 1 scoop (30 g)
  • listcheckMilk: 50 g
  • listcheckWhole Wheat: 50 g
  • listcheckWhole egg: 1
  • listcheckGhee: 5 g
  • listcheckBaking Powder/Soda
  • listcheckCinnamon (for flavor)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Mix all of the above ingredients to form a batter like consistency.
  • Step-2
    You may have to add some water in case the batter becomes too thick.
  • Step-3
    Spray some ghee/butter on a non stick pan and pour the batter over it.
  • Step-4
    Cook from both the sides until slightly brown.
  • Step-5
    You can add some honey/mapple syrup over the top once it's cooked.
