Ingredients

  • listcheckShredded tandoori roast chicken breast 75 gm
  • listcheckLiquid egg white 350 gm
  • listcheckSteamed peas 150 gm
  • listcheckBaby Spinach 30 gm
  • listcheckLight Shredded Mozzarella Cheese : 30 gm
  • listcheckMixed Herbs, Salt and pepper to taste
  • listcheckCherry Tomatoes:30 gm
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Pre heat grill or oven
  • Step-2
    Lightly spray fry pan with oil and place on hotplate.
  • Step-3
    Add seasoning to egg whites and pour into frypan.
  • Step-4
    Add chicken, veg, tomato and spinach to frypan and lightly press down to submerge ingredients in the egg mix.
  • Step-5
    Once egg whites have turned opaque, add cheese on top, take the frypan off the hot plate and place under the grill for around 5 minutes or until lightly brown.
