This is possibly the crunchiest...tastiest and simplest veg meal in my Keto journey 🙂 Ingredients: 1. 150 gm soft paneer cut in cubes (I prefer to boil it for 5 mins) 2. 30 gm red and 30 gm yellow bell pepper cut in small pieces. 3. 40 gm cut onion. 4. Coriander and sliced green chilly. We can add some micro greens as well. 5. Add all in a bowl, add some salt, olive oil and squeeze half a lemon over it. Mix it all well. 6. Grate a cube of cheese over it. I sprinkled some “surti jiralu over it- a kind of chat masala for more flavour that I was craving for😃 Simply loved it. I ran out of the chicken breasts in my fridge. Can’t wait to try it with some grilled/boiled chicken 💛
