Step-1Take 1tbsp ghee, add a pinch of heeng and sauté some garlic
Step-2Now add 150gm spinach, put salt to taste and let it cook for 5 minutes. Spinach topping is ready
Step-3Take 150gm of Paneer and cut them into slices
Step-4Brush a tawa with some ghee and light toast the paneer slices
Step-5Place the paneer pieces in a baking dish, apply the Spinach topping, put oregano and chilli flakes and top it with 20 gm grated mozzarella.
Step-6Bake at 200 degrees for 5 minutes till the cheese melts. Enjoy!!
