Step-1Cut the chicken in small pieces and marinate it with salt, pepper and chilli flakes and keep aside for 15-20 minutes. Preheat the air frier for 1 minute. Take the chicken pieces, dip it in egg and then bread crumbs and put it in the frier at 400F. Fry each side for 4 minutes. Then, take the chicken and put it in a pan to saute it with 5gms ghee.
