When you had high carb diet in lunch you need to make sure that your dinner is protein rich diet. And no matter how beautiful it looks in raw state you cant eat like that so here is the recipe :)

Ingredients

  • listcheckCapsicum 30 gms
  • listcheckOnion 30 gms
  • listcheckcorn 15 gms
  • listcheckBeans 20 gms
  • listcheckcarrot 20 gms
  • listcheckSoya chunks 30 gms
  • listcheckmushroom 20 gms
  • listcheckghee 5 gms
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Add ghee in pan, saute all vegetables till the consitency you want. I like them crunchy.Add spices salt, red chilli and cumin powder. Add soya chunks(boiled and water squeezed out of it). saute for 2-3 mins . add cheese and keep on flame till cheese melts. Your cheesy Soya is ready.
