Ingredients: Minced Chicken (200 grams net), dry spices (of choice), ginger garlic paste (1 1/2 tbl spoon), salt (to taste), ghee (1 tbl spoon to brush), green chilli (1 finely chopped), 1/2 lemon, carb free mayonnaise (1 tbl spoon). You can use fresh coriander and mint leaves too for marination (I didn’t have it available at home) In dry spices I used: onion powder, garam masala, chicken tandoor masala, chana masala, red chilli powder , turmeric powder, coriander powder, black salt. Recipe: mix all the ingredients nicely and refrigerate for 2 hours. After 2 hours, take sheekhs (I used wooden sticks, first attempt), and evenly spread the chicken with fingers on stick. You can use lil water on palm to make even rolls. Heat the grill pan and once it’s hot low the flame, brush it with ghee and place the sticks in pan. Brush ghee on sticks too. Let it cook for 2 mins on each side and rotate carefully. Done. Sprinkle some black salt and lemon juice on top and serve with carbs free mayonnaise. 😋😋
