Ingredients

  • listcheck200 gm Chicken
  • listcheck10 gm oil or butter
  • listcheck8 garlic pods
  • listcheck1 spoon mixed herbs
  • listcheckSalt as per taste

  • Step-1
    Take a chicken breast and slice it from the middle, beat it with a rolling pin to make it fat
  • Step-2
    In a bowl mix 8 finely chopped garlic pods mixed herbs, salt and a spoon of oil or butter
  • Step-3
    Brush it well on the chicken, leave it for an hour
  • Step-4
    Heat a pan, just brush some oil/butter and keep this chicken breast on the pan and pan-fry it . since it's most tender part of the chicken so it Cooks in about 7 to 8 minutes
