Quinoa Raita Receipe : Ingredients required : Quinoa ->half cup Ghee->1 table spoon Curry leaf Green chilly ->1 Carrot-> 1 small Cucumber-> 1 small Onion->1 small Tomato->1 small Plain Curd -> 100gm Wash Quinoa thoroughly ,drain it Put the pressure cooker in stove with low flame Use 1 table spoon of ghee, then Jira . Put green chilly and curry leaf . Now put the drained quinoa in the pressure cooker with one cup of water and salt as per taste .wait for two wheesle . Chop carrot ,cucumber,onion,tomato and mix it properly with curd and cooked quinoa ,Add pinch of cumin powder for taste. Garnish it with promogranate .
