Ingredients

  • listcheck500 gm Veggie ( onion, tomato and bell pepper)
  • listcheck200 gm Paneer
  • listcheck20 gm oil
  • listcheck1 inch cinnamon stick
  • listcheckt tbsp jeera
  • listcheckoil 20 gm
  • listcheck1 bay leaf
  • listcheckMaggie Masala magic ( optional)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Add 1-inch cinnamon stick, 1 tbsp jeera to the oil and 1 bay-leaf. Then added the onions, saute it for some time. Then the bell peppers followed by tomato. Add some salt next to the veggies.
  • Step-2
    As for the Paneer, We have diced it and then added some salt and hot water to it. Leaving it for 10 mins (until veggies get cooked) We have added the paneer to the veggies. Stirred it for some time and finally added some Maggi masala magic (it's optional really).
