How to make & Makhania Lassi
Step 1 Make cream In 50ml milk put a tea spoon of gelatin mix and keep aside for 10mins.. After 10mis microwave it and add with 50ml of cold milk mix and refrigerate for 20mins... Now after 20mins blend it till it becomes creamy...
Step 2 Boil 100ml milk add kesar and keep aside..
Step 3 In a bowl take curd, stevia and cardamom and mix till it becomes nice and creamy.. Now add kesar milk and cream and blend it..
Garnish with almonds and serve chilled..
