Ingredients

  • listcheckPaneer : 30 gm
  • listcheckMozzarella Cheese - 20 gm
  • listcheck2 Roti / Tortilla - 50 gm
  • listcheckOnion, Tomato, Capsicum and other veggies (as per macros) Tip: You can include corn and black beans as well
  • listcheckOil/butter - 1 gm
  • listcheckSalt
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Saute veggies and Panner mildly, add salt ( If you want to give Indian twist you can include Masala as well)
  • Step-2
    Cook Roti as usual and bring the stove to simmer
  • Step-3
    Fill half the roti with sauteed stuff and fold. Make sure you start with grated cheese and end with the same
  • Step-4
    Press down with spatula
  • Step-5
    Cut the quesadilla into half
  • Step-6
    Enjoy hot
