Step-1fry panner with 5gms of ghee and keep aside, in the same bowl with the help of 10gms ghee saute onions, chilli after sometime add 10gms of ginger garlic paste.
Step-2add vegetables (carrot, capsicum, beans, beetroot)to it and add masala powders as per your taste, after sometime add cheese cubes to it (it is optional to fulfill my macros have added). now add fried panner and rice to it. mix it well.
Step-3now yummy yummy panner fried rice ready.
