Created through experimentation by my personal trainer Isaac, this scrumptious pizza is now a favourite dish of many of our gym crew!

Ingredients

  • listcheck1 Bakers Life Lebanese Bread (Aldi)
  • listcheck150g Highland Park Stirfry Beef Strips (Aldi)
  • listcheck40g Remano Pizza Sauce (Aldi)
  • listcheck40g Coles Light Shredded Mozzarella (Coles)
  • listcheck25g Cherry Tomatoes
  • listcheck30g Baby Spinach
  • listcheck1 Garlic Clove
  • listcheck10g Praise 99% Fat Free Mayo (Coles)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Add the garlic to a frypan on medium-high heat for 1 min, then add beef stir fry strips until just brown then remove from heat
  • Step-2
    Construct Pizza with all ingredients (excl the mayo) & cook for 5-7 mins in the oven on 200 degrees
  • Step-3
    Top pizza with a small amount of mayo for an extra flavour kick
  • Step-4
