Step-1Heat oil in a pan. Once oil is hot put mustard seeds, curry leaves, thinly sliced Green chillies and fry. Now put sliced onions to this tadka and fry till they are golden brown. Once Onions are golden brown Add Ragi flakes to the pan and roast it continuously till 5 minutes.
Sprinkle 1/2 Cup Water and mix well till 1 minute.
Now garnish it with coriander leaves and lemon.
