Mix suji, curd, lemon juice, chilli ginger paste, turmeric, oil and salt..mix it nicely
Cover and Keep aside for 20 mins.
Grease the deep plate or dhokla plate with 1 gm oil.
To the mixed batter add the Eno and give a light stir and pour on the greased plate.
Keep it for steam In the steamer for abt 5 to 7 mins
And now the yummy dhokla is ready....
If you are allowed more oil... U can pour a tempering of mustard seed, sesame seeds, curry leaf and slit green chilli..over the dhokla. you can enjoy with the yummy Green chutney...
