"Punjabi Makki ki roti with Sarson saag" INGREDIENTS: Sarso palak boiled and grinded Ghee 10gms Chopped ginger 1tsp Makki flour 60gms Ajwain: a pinch Coriander leaves Salt to taste Red chilly powder Recipe: Sarso saag: Heat 5gms ghee in a pan, add chopped ginger, red chilly powder, salt. Add boiled sarso palak saag to it, let it cook for sometime. Makki roti: Take 60gms makki flour, add salt, ajwain, coriander leaves and make a dough using hot water. Now make chapati with the dough on tawa, using 5gms ghee. Cook till it turns brown.
