KETOGENIC TOMATO BELL PEPPER BASIL SOUP 1. Roast two tomatoes and peel the skin. Roast a red bell pepper and 3-4 pods of garlic on some olive oil. 2. Add salt, dry basil (if you can get fresh nothing like it) and some chilly flakes depending on how spicy you want it to be. Add 1 tsp of ACV (apple cider vinegar) I use American garden for cooking and Braggs for having with plain water. The one with sediment/ aka mother is a great source of potassium esp on a ketogenic diet. 3. Blend all this together. 4. Pour the purée in a pan and add some fresh cream/coconut cream according to ur taste. I prefer fresh cream. It can be simply added on the top of a hot purée/soup too. Relish it warm on a cold winter night 💛💛
