Ingredients

  • listcheckOats 25 gm
  • listcheckGhee 5 gm
  • listcheckChopped onion
  • listcheckPeas ( 6 to 8 optional)
  • listcheckPeanut ( optional)
  • listcheckGreen chilly, Hing and Mustard seeds
  • listcheckTurmeric powder
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckLemon juice
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Wash oats nicely n keep it in a strainer to drain extra water.
  • Step-2
    In a pan saute onion add curry leaves, green chilly, peas,hing, mustard seeds in it.
  • Step-3
    Once mustard seeds start spluttering add turmeric, oats and salt n cover it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Step-4
    Add lemon juice in it and serve
