Tasty, delicious and amazing for when you’re craving something sweet. Excellent before a strenuous weight training session or straight after to refuel.

Ingredients

  • listcheck125g Banana
  • listcheck1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein (ON - Good standard Whey for this recipe)
  • listcheck25g Blueberries (Fresh or frozen)
  • listcheck25g Raspberries
  • listcheck3g Coconut Oil
  • listcheck35g Egg White
  • listcheck20g Rolled oats
  • listcheck
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Take all the ingredients above and mash them up in a large bowl, use your hands! Ensure everything is nicely mixed together, there shouldn’t be any clumps of banana or dry spots, everything should be mixed well and infused together.
  • Step-2
    Take a frying pan, flame on low to medium heat, and add the Coconut oil. Spread this all over your pan. Once heated, take clumps with a large spoon or ladle of your pancake batter and put onto the pan. Allow one side to cook for 3-4 minutes then turn. Do this for all of the batter.
  • Step-3
    Once everything is cooked, you can garnish with a few berries or banana, just make sure everything is tracked!
  • Step-4
    Optional: You can also add in Peanut Butter to the mix! Once again, if you do, remember to track the additional macros. Quantified Nutrition is key!!!
