Ingredients: Wheat flour (50 grams), Oats (50 grams), Olive oil (20 grams), Dates (20 grams - finely chopped and soak in hot milk for a while), cream (20 ml - whipped), almonds (5 pcs - cut into 3 pcs each), black current (5 grams), low fat milk (100 ml), vanilla essence, baking powder (1 tea spoon). Recipe: in a mixing bowl take cream, oil, vanilla essence, raisins, mixture of dates and milk, give a nice whisk. In next bowl take flour, oats, baking powder and mix well. Now gradually add liquid mix into solid mix. Pre-heat the oven at 200’ C for 5 mins. Grease the cake mould with oil and flour slightly. Now pour the total mixture in mould. Bake in oven at 180’ C for 15 mins and 160’ C for 15 mins. Done. No sugar. Make around 15 pcs. Indulgence into guilt free celebrations.. 😇😇
