  • listcheck10gm wheat flour
  • listcheck80gm paneer
  • listcheck20gm cheese
  • listcheck100gm tomato
  • listcheckcan use dressing like pepper, oregano etc
  • listchecksalt and spices as per your taste.
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Mix soya and wheat flour knead them and make a dough.
  • Step-2
    Make a flat bread out of the dough, cook it from both side
  • Step-3
    spread grated paneer, sliced tomatoes and cheese
  • Step-4
    microwave it for 1min
  • Step-5
    top it with peper and oregano
  • Step-6
